plus VAT and include:
rent, rates, service charge, electricity, 24 hour security
and advertising.
We provide you with a display counter and a safe.
Counters are powder coated wood effect alluminium with
"anti-bandit" glass, the display area is internally
mirrored with lighting and with two separate Abloy key
locking sections.
The safes are Rosengren Eurograde 1 and insurance rated
£10K for cash or £100K for jewellery.
Most units are 1.50 meters wide, expandable and over
2.0 meters in depth.
There are also wall display cabinets to rent.
The Emporium boasts a sandwich bar with sitting for 30
people.
Unit holders should arrange their own jewellers
block insurance policy.
FORMS
We must serve form LTBT1 on you 14 days prior to granting
you a lease.
You can avoid this 14 day cooling-off period,
by printing out form LTBT3 and signing it before a Solicitor
or a Commissioner of Oaths as witness. There is a statutory
charge of £5-00 payable to them for this service.
